Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-5 business days before being shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD. Orders below this amount will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping — Latin America & Europe We ship to all of Latin America and Europe. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country.

Taxes & Customs Duties International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees based on the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
